This policy explains how Greeting Card Studio handles information when you use this website to create and share greeting cards.

Information we handle

• Account information: your name and email address. If you sign in with a password, we store a password hash, not your readable password. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides account details such as your name, email address and Google account identifier.
• Card and usage records: the selected template and whether you used your free card or a paid use. When you create a short share link, the card's customizations (such as names and messages) are stored with a random link code so the recipient can open the card. Anyone with that link can view the shared card. Older long links may contain the customization directly in the link instead.
• Payment records: for a paid card or monthly subscription, we store the template or plan, amount, currency, payment/subscription status and Razorpay identifiers so we can verify payments and manage renewals. Payment checkout and recurring billing are provided by Razorpay; this app does not store your full payment-card details.
• Authentication data: your browser stores a sign-in token so you can use account features. Signing out revokes that token. Google sign-in also uses an essential session cookie to complete authentication.

How information is used

We use this information to create and secure your account, authenticate you, enforce the free-card limit, verify one-time payments, manage monthly subscription renewals and cancellations, and provide the card-sharing features. We do not use your card customizations for advertising.

Sharing and service providers

If you share a card link, anyone who receives that link can view the card information associated with it. Shared-card data is retained while the account and share record remain; deleting the account deletes its shared links. Google handles Google sign-in, and Razorpay handles payment checkout; their services are subject to their own privacy policies. The website host may process technical request and error logs to operate the service.

Retention and your choices

Account and related usage/payment records are kept while needed to operate the service, maintain account and transaction records, and address support or security issues. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your account information, contact us. Signing out removes the active browser token but does not delete your account or transaction records. Short-link card data stays available to anyone with its link while its share record exists. Contact us to request removal of a shared card. Anyone who already viewed or copied its contents may still have them.

Security

We use measures such as password hashing and revocable authentication tokens to help protect account information. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
